Marcelo is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Leadership, Advocacy, and Child Well-being at Boston University. He holds a postgraduate specialisation in Public Management from Insper and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy Management from the University of São Paulo, including an academic exchange at the University of Copenhagen. His experience focuses on generating evidence and engaging with governments on policies to reduce inequalities, strengthen parenting, and promote early childhood development. He previously supported the monitoring and technical implementation of Criança Feliz, the world’s largest home-visiting programme for early childhood, and served as a representative on the State Committee for Early Childhood Public Policies.
